# At the Farm

## Step 3: Harvesting your Pok

When your Poks are plump and profitable, it's harvesting time!

Both healthy and diseased Poks will appear in your farm once they mature.

Healthy Poks can either be harvested immediately for their value in ETH (5% of ETH will be taxed by PokPok Protocol upon harvest), or staked in the farm to lay Golden Eggs ([$PEGG](/pokpok/usdpegg/usdpegg-tokenomics.md)) for 30 days after its maturity date, the in-game reward for PokPok.

Diseased Poks can be burnt for 0.5 $PEGG in return.

Claiming or unstaking your Pok will result in 50% of locked PEGGs burned. A 12 hour cooldown period will also apply.
