By accessing, interacting with, or using the PokPok Protocol ("Protocol"), including but not limited to minting Poks, trading options, staking assets, or participating in any Protocol-related activities, you expressly acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following:

1. INVESTMENT RISKS: All financial activities, particularly those involving digital assets, cryptocurrencies, decentralized finance ("DeFi"), and options trading carry substantial risk. The value of digital assets is highly volatile and may fluctuate significantly over short periods. You may lose some or ALL of your invested capital.

2. NO FINANCIAL ADVICE: Nothing contained in the Protocol, PokPok documentation, social media channels, or communications from team members constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. All information is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

3. DEVELOPMENTAL STATUS: The PAYG Options and all features of the PokPok Protocol are experimental, in active development, and undergoing testing. The Protocol may contain bugs, errors, or other issues that could result in the loss of your funds.

4. SELF-DIRECTED ACTIVITY: Any decisions to engage with the Protocol are made at your sole discretion. You agree that you have:

   • Conducted thorough independent research (DYOR)

   • Understood the mechanics and risks of options trading

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: PokPok Protocol, its developers, team members, and affiliates SHALL NOT be held responsible for:

   • Any financial losses incurred while using the Protocol

   • Smart contract vulnerabilities, exploits, or failures

   • Network failures or blockchain congestion affecting transactions

   • Losses due to user error, including but not limited to lost private keys

   • Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages

6. NO GUARANTEES: There are NO guarantees regarding:

   • Performance of options positions or investments

   • Future value of Protocol tokens ($PEGG, $POK)

   • Protocol functionality, uptime, or continued operation

   • Success of strategies or approaches described in educational materials

7. RISK MANAGEMENT: Never invest more than you can afford to lose. Diversification and proper position sizing are essential risk management strategies that should be employed at all times.

8. JURISDICTIONAL RESTRICTIONS: You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Protocol complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and restrictions in your jurisdiction. The Protocol is not offered to persons or entities from or in sanctioned or restricted territories.

9. MODIFICATION: This disclaimer may be updated at any time without notice. Continued use of the Protocol constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

The gamified interface of PokPok does not reduce the inherent risks of options trading and decentralized finance. Exercise extreme caution and never commit funds you cannot afford to lose entirely.
